The partnership firm of Westend Property Maintenance was formed in 1989 to provide dedicated, fast-response maintenance services to the property management sector in central London. This continues to be our core activity.
Since establishment, our development and successful progress to a leading position in the maintenance field has resulted from combining expertise over a range of trades with a distinctive and willing approach to our clients. In effect, we extend their management resource.
To meet the needs of other commercial enterprises, our work now includes planned upkeep as well as reactive and emergency repairs. Likewise, we also engage in surveying and estimating.
Recognising the importance of good quality and reliability, our policy is to provide directly employed craftsmen and engineers giving overall proficiency in all aspects of maintenance. They are in constant communication through our central control, facilitating prompt and mobile services.
